Screenbound is a New 5D Game That Blows Your Mind! Full Details

Have you heard about the 5D games? No, it’s not what you think it is. It’s the new 3D + 2D category that the developers at Crescent Moon Studios have come up with. ‘Screenbound‘ aims to deliver a very unique experience with its 5D gameplay. Let’s explore the details about its availability, download, system and more.

What is 5D Gaming?

It’s not the hyperreal game where you’ll feel the vibration or the smell. But the combination of both 2D and 3D games. The concept is you are playing a 2D game and a 3D game at the same time. Whatever you do in the 2D game is mirrored in the 3D World as well. So all your movements, clashes, and loots happen in both worlds. And like you, I also thought it seemed way too distracting. However, from the gameplay footage, it looks amusing. But still, it’s not made for everyone that’s for sure. As it may trigger nausea for some, due to its weird movements.

Screenbound Plot and Gameplay

You can wishlist this game on Steam and read more information. Additionally, from their Steam page, you can gather the basic plot of the game. The game centres around a mysterious Qboy game console that transports us into this new 5D world. Moreover, the interesting take is that the protagonist’s mother invents it. Also, it reminds me of the Isekai anime storylines where the characters are transported to another world.

Moreover, Screenbound is a Sandbox game and we can create our custom game levels. Additionally, we only need to create the 2D game levels and the 3D output will be generated automatically. How cool is that? This way the levels can become endless as the community grows.
