The latest Once Human update 2.2.3 is now live, and it’s one of the biggest patches so far. If you’re wondering what’s new in Once Human 2.2.3, this guide covers everything: new market bounties, building limit changes, cross-server features, Christmas events, and all the free rewards.

Free Rewards in Once Human 2.2.3
As usual, maintenance comes with free compensation. In this Once Human 2.2.3 patch, players get:
- 1,000 Starchrom
- 100 Mitsuko Marks
- 300 Stary Tokens
- 3 Gingerbread Man Decor (for Christmas Wish event)
- Shop Coupon: Spend 500 Cryst, save 100
New Market Bounties System in Once Human
One of the biggest changes in Once Human 2.2.3 is the new Market Bounties system. Now, players can trade resources online from anywhere, without needing to go to vending machines.
Key details:
- Buy and sell specific resources anytime, anywhere
- Market items are bound for 15 days (no instant flipping)
- Accessible from the main menu, vending machines, or via NPC Procurement Manny
- No level 10 requirement to unlock
There’s also a new NPC that gives market bounties. Completing these tasks rewards Starchrom, rare materials, and furniture. A quick-buy section lets you exchange resources directly, likely using in-game materials instead of energy links.
Note: This system only works in non-raid zones. You can’t use the market or this NPC inside raid zones.

Building Limit Buff – Bigger Bases in Once Human
Once Human 2.2.3 massively increases building limits in non-raid zones:
- Structure limit: 700 → 1,400 (doubled)
- Furniture limit: 250 → 900 (over 3x more)
This is a huge quality-of-life improvement for base builders. If you had durability memetics active, you would receive an item to reset your memetics build under the new limits.

Christmas Wish and Holiday Events
Once Human 2.2.3 brings festive content with the Christmas Wish Tree event. Here’s what’s included:
- Decorate a Wish Tree for rewards
- Play Wish Strike, a mini-game where you smack alpacas for tickets and points
- Daily check-in rewards
- Star of the Friendship Event

There’s also the Lunar Revelry, Crimson Night Showdown, and Lunacy challenges. Three new dungeons unlock weekly, with a leaderboard after the third dungeon.
Lunacy changes:
- Automatically applies during Lunar Revelry
- It can now be permanently cured with a Lunacy suppressant
- To re-enable, use a Lunacy stimulant
- Both items are available in the Visional Shop with reduced crafting costs

New Light Forge Loot Crate and Cosmetics
The new Wishland Wonder loot crate is now available in the Light Forge. It features:
- Outfits with a marching band/parade aesthetic
- A romantic band group Emote action
- New furniture: Jingle Snow Bell
- Reskin color for the Melody Wishland Gifted Set
These cosmetics are perfect for the holiday season and add fresh style to your character.

Raid Zone Changes in Once Human 2.2.3
Raid zones have been cleaned up and rebalanced:
- Gathering nodes have better visuals
- Some coastal and clutter nodes removed
- Certain plant seeds are now sold by merchants (to protect farming)
- Region rebalancing for plains, forest, and desert
New mechanics:
- Meteor summoner can destroy ore deposits for extra resources
Turret and trap improvements:
- Shotgun turrets no longer need electricity and are cheaper
- Flamethrowers deal more damage; fuel canisters are cheaper and craftable earlier
- Rifle turrets can be repaired for less
Base-building quality of life:
- Windows no longer use the load-bearing coefficient, making placement easier
- Doors also got usability improvements
Social and Cross-Server Features in Once Human 2.2.3
Once Human 2.2.3 adds two useful social upgrades:
- Invite friends directly from their name card
- Team up with cross-server friends
The Global patch notes don’t explain this in detail, but the CN version confirms that friend invites now support cross-server joining. It’s likely meant for shared scenarios like dungeons, but exact restrictions (regions, progression, loot rules) aren’t fully clear yet. More details should come soon.
Quality-of-Life Improvements
Once Human 2.2.3 includes many small but useful changes:
- Better controller movement and camera controls
- Build improvements: copy skins, wallpaper, and remember the last skin used
- Camera upgrades: hide deviants, higher zoom quality
- Redesigned the Deviation panel with skill rating and a filter in development
