Refund & Return Policy – Shakeuptech

At Shakeuptech, we sell refurbished and pre-owned electronic devices. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Refurbished Product Condition

All products sold on Shakeuptech are refurbished, pre-owned, or vintage devices unless otherwise stated. These devices may show signs of age, cosmetic wear, minor scratches, discoloration, or fit-and-finish imperfections due to their age and refurbished nature.

Examples may include:

  • Tight or loose battery fitting
  • Back cover fitting variations
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections
  • Aged buttons, ports, or keypads
  • Slight battery backup variations
  • Display aging or brightness variation

These are considered normal for refurbished/vintage electronics and are not treated as defects.

Return Window

Returns or issue reports are only accepted within 24 hours after delivery.

After 24 hours from the delivery time, no return, refund, replacement, or exchange requests will be accepted.

Video Proof Requirement

A proper unboxing video is strongly recommended for any return, damage, or missing item claim.

The video should:

  • Start before opening the package
  • Clearly show the package condition
  • Clearly show the product and accessories
  • Be continuous and unedited

If a full unboxing video is not available, customers must still provide a clear video of the device and the issue within 24 hours after delivery.

Without valid video proof, return or refund requests may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To request a return or report an issue, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery through:

Please include:

  • Order details
  • Issue description
  • Photos/videos
  • Unboxing or device video proof

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

If the device is completely non-functional upon delivery and verified through the required video proof, we may offer:

  • Replacement (if available), or
  • Partial/full refund at our discretion

No Functional Warranty

All devices are tested and verified to work before shipping.

However, due to the refurbished and vintage nature of electronics, we do not provide a long-term functional warranty or guarantee.

This means issues occurring after delivery are not covered, including but not limited to:

  • The device stops working after some days
  • Battery performance degradation
  • Charging issues developing later
  • Speaker, microphone, keypad, or display issues appearing later
  • Software or network issues
  • Accessory failure after use
  • Charger or cable failure after use

Battery Disclaimer

Batteries in refurbished/vintage devices are consumable components, and battery life may vary significantly depending on usage and age.

Battery backup is not guaranteed unless specifically mentioned.

Accessories Disclaimer

Compatible chargers, cables, or accessories included with the device are provided for convenience and may not be original manufacturer accessories unless stated otherwise.

Accessories are not covered under warranty or replacement after delivery confirmation.

User Damage Not Covered

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Physical damage after delivery
  • Water damage
  • Mishandling
  • Opening or repairing the device
  • Software modification or flashing
  • Damage caused by improper charging accessories

Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for courier delays, minor packaging wear during transit, or delays caused by logistics providers.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
