Refund and Returns Policy

At Shakeuptech, every device is individually tested and inspected before dispatch. As many of our products are refurbished, open-box, or limited-availability devices, we have established the following return policy to ensure a fair experience for both our customers and our business.

1. Return Window

Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Requests received after this period are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.


2. Eligible Returns

A return may be approved if:

  • The product arrives with a verified functional defect.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product received is significantly different from its description.

All return requests must include a clear description of the issue along with supporting photos or an unedited video whenever requested.


3. Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Accidental or physical damage after delivery.
  • Water or liquid damage.
  • Software modifications, rooting, flashing, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Damage caused by improper use or handling.
  • Normal battery ageing or expected wear on refurbished devices.
  • Requests made after the 7-day return period.

4. Return Approval Process

Submitting a return request does not automatically guarantee approval.

Once your request is reviewed, Shakeuptech will provide return instructions if the return is approved.

Customers should not ship any product back without receiving return instructions.


5. Return Shipping

For approved returns, customers are requested to securely pack and ship the product to the return address provided by Shakeuptech.

Return shipping responsibility will be determined based on the nature of the issue. In cases involving a verified product defect or an error on our part, Shakeuptech may reimburse or arrange return shipping at its discretion.


6. Inspection of Returned Products

Every returned product undergoes a detailed inspection after it is received.

Refunds or replacements are processed only after the returned device has been inspected and verified.

Shakeuptech reserves the right to reject a return, replacement, or refund request if the product is found to be:

  • Physically damaged after delivery.
  • Tampered with or modified.
  • Missing accessories or components originally supplied.
  • Returned in a condition different from the one in which it was shipped.
  • Different from the original device shipped (including IMEI mismatch where applicable).

If the reported issue cannot be verified during inspection, the return request may be declined, and the product may be returned to the customer.


7. Refunds

Once the returned product successfully passes inspection, approved refunds are generally processed within 3–7 business days.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery handling fees, payment gateway charges, or other service charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


8. Replacements

Where possible, Shakeuptech may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

If an identical replacement is unavailable, a refund or an alternative product may be offered.


9. Refurbished & Open Box Products

Our refurbished and open-box devices may show minor cosmetic signs of previous use unless otherwise stated on the product page.

These cosmetic characteristics do not qualify as defects and are not considered valid reasons for return.
