At Shakeuptech, every device is carefully sourced, inspected, and tested before it is shipped. Our goal is to ensure you receive a fully functional product that matches its description.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, we begin preparing your device for dispatch. Before shipping, every phone goes through a final quality check, which may include:
- Functional testing
- Battery and charging verification
- Display and button testing
- Camera, speaker, and connectivity checks (where applicable)
- Secure packaging to protect the device during transit
Because each device is individually tested and prepared, processing times may vary.
Shipping Time
Orders are generally delivered within 10–14 business days from the date of purchase.
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- Your location
- Courier availability
- Public holidays
- Weather or other unforeseen logistical delays
While many orders arrive sooner, we kindly ask customers to allow up to 14 business days for delivery.
Shipping Charges
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, shipping is free across India.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp (where applicable). You can also view your tracking information by logging into your Shakeuptech account and visiting My Orders.
Packaging
Every order is securely packaged to help protect the device during transit. We recommend recording an uninterrupted unboxing video when opening your package. This helps us resolve any shipping-related issues quickly if required.
Delays
Although we work hard to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to courier operations, remote delivery locations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
