If you are playing the Once Human game and encounter the error “Returning Cannot Build Here“. Then I have a straightforward solution because it’s not technically a game error.
Refinery Permit for Defense
So basically what happens is we click on the refinery to view the details and then exit out—thinking that starting the process will immediately start spawning the monsters. Then we enter the build mode and start placing and arranging various structures to build defense. But once you try to build turrets or fortifications using items in your backpack then it shows an error “Returning Cannot Build Here“.
Fix “Returning, Cannot Build Here”
The fix is to actually start the refinery process and defence using the permits. Yes, the game gives 2 mins of preparation time before spawning the monsters. We can then utilize this period to arrange the pre-existing structures or even build new ones using the items In our backpacks.
